I had my first lesson with fondant and loved it! The color scheme, wouldn't have been my choice, but all in all, it was great. It was just for fun to learn something new and then we had it for dessert the following day where we got together for lunch with friends.

Actually post the recipe and instructions, it looks like it's a lot of work, but so worth it.
